About the Position

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and respond to messages about low toner levels to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Collect and dispose of unused prints within agreed timeframes (Next Business Day - NBD).
• Ensure that all printing devices have a representative “showroom appearance” and that consumables are always available.
• Act as a local contact person between users and the IT department.
• Provide basic training and user support regarding machine handling as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and communicative, and who thrives in a role where you have daily contact with both users and technical teams. You work in a structured manner, have a good eye for detail, and appreciate creating order and a professional environment around you. The role requires a technical interest and a desire to understand how the equipment works. Previous experience with printers or print environments is an advantage. To succeed in the position, you need to communicate fluently in English, and it is a plus if you have good knowledge of Swedish.

Scope: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Working hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Location: Mölndal

This is a consulting assignment where you are employed by KFX and work at the client's location. We will conduct a comprehensive background check in this recruitment process on you as the final candidate.
